Shipping

  • What countries do we ship to?

We ship within EU. Subscribe for our newsletter and we'll let you know about new countries where we operate.

  • When will my order arrive?

If you place and order before 12:00 we aim to dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. 

We ship via PostNL/DHL which normally takes 1-2 business days to deliver within the Netherlands.

  • What are the shipping rates?

To the Netherlands: €3.95 (Orders above €39 ship for free) 

To Belgium: €9.95 (Orders above €99 ship for free)  

To other EU countries: €14.95 (Orders above €99 ship for free) 

Returns

If you wish to return an item please contact us at help@naebo.nl within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a link to print out your own return label. 

Return conditions:

  • You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product should be returned in the undamaged original packaging (if reasonably possible), with tags attached, and should show no traces of use. 
  • To check if a piece of clothing, dog harness, etc. fits, you may remove the product from the packaging and hold it next to your pet. 
  • The product should not have come into contact with your pet for hygiene reasons. 
  • If, upon return, we find that the product is stained, worn, contains hair, smells, or has been washed after use, we may charge you for the depreciation. 
  • If the product is unsaleable (depreciation 100%), you can choose to have the product returned. You then pay the shipping costs.
  • Since we are often confronted with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for fitting and / or returning them.
